Baking gives you a simple and easy cooking method. It is especially useful for a working Mom to serve a quick dinner.

Preparation

Marinate chicken ( 7-10 lbs) or other meat with BC Bourbon Chicken Marinade for as short as 30 minutes.

Serve with dirty rice and garlic-cheese drop biscuits. yum!

Cooking Procedure:

• Pre-heat the oven at 450 F.
• Put the marinated chicken in the oven and bake for at least 20-25 minutes.
• Check the chicken and make sure it is well-done before serving.
